Vaccine preparations in Jammu and Kashmir
A population of 2.8 million has been identified for the first phase, including 700,000 health workers
In Kashmir, Corona vaccine will be given to 2.8 million people in the first phase. Medical and paramedical staff, people over the age of 50 and people under the age of 50 suffering from various diseases will be included in this phase. During the meeting, the Financial Commissioner directed the heads of various departments of Sikkim and Government Medical Colleges to identify places for Corona vaccine and focus on arrangements for vaccination room, waiting room and observation room and other facilities. He also directed to conduct training programs to train the doctors deployed for the care of patients after vaccination. He said that pre-arrangements should be made to monitor the adverse effects on the health of patients after vaccination. He directed the officers to hold regular meetings with the Chief Medical Officers to resolve their issues. Can be done He directed the administrators of 8 hospitals of Sikms Sura and GMC Srinagar to ensure the establishment of separate wards for the care of patients after vaccination so that they could be used as and when required. He urged the officers to ensure the supply of medicines, equipment and other items to comply with the rules and regulations laid down for the ACFI. He also directed to appoint separate spokespersons in Jammu and Kashmir provinces so that these spokespersons could keep the media informed. During the meeting, State Immunization Officer Dr Qazi Haroon provided a detailed report on the development of Corona virus in the country. He said that the vaccine would be introduced in the country very soon and it would be given twice. Dr. Haroon said that the second vaccine would be given 28 days after the first one. He said that senior doctors of the Department of Medicine in Jammu and Kashmir have been included in the ACFI committee. He said this would be the first time that a committee would look into the effects of vaccinations on people's bodies. He said that according to the explanation of the World Health Organization, ACFI not only monitors the side effects of vaccines but also monitors diseases caused by other causes. He said that corona vaccine would be given in a phased manner and in the first phase a population of 82 lakh including about 700,000 medical and paramedical staff has been identified. "These will include people over the age of 50, as well as those under the age of 50 who are already suffering from a disease," he said. He said that instructions would be issued on vaccination, prevention of infection and other minor issues. He informed the meeting that a request has been made to the Central Government for provision of refrigerators and other equipment. Apart from National Health Mission, Srinagar Municipality and police officers, representatives of other departments also attended the meeting.

موں کشمیر میں کورونا ویکسین پہلے مرحلے میں 28لاکھ لوگوں کو دیا جائیگا۔ طبی و نیم طبی عملہ، 50سال سے اوپر عمر کے لوگ اور مختلف بیماریوں میں مبتلا 50سال سے کم عمر کے لوگ اس مرحلے میں شامل کئے جائیں گے۔اس بات کی جانکاری صحت و طبی تعلیم کے فائنانشل کمشنر اتل ڈلو نے جمعہ کو ویکسین کے بعد ہونے والے مضر اثرات سے نپٹنے کیلئے بنائے گئے(Adverse Events Following Immunization ) کمیٹی کی ایک میٹنگ کے دوران دی۔ میٹنگ کے دوران فائنانشل کمشنر نے سکمزاور گورنمنٹ میڈیکل کالجوں کے مختلف شعبہ جات کے سربراہان کو ہدایت دی کہ وہ کورونا ویکسین کیلئے جگہوں کی نشاندہی کرکے ویکسینیشن روم، ویٹنگ روم اور آبزرویشن روم اور دیگر سہولیات کے انتظامات پر توجہ مرکوز کریں‘‘۔ انہوں نے ویکسینیشن کے بعد مریضوں کے دیکھ بال کیلئے تعینات ہونے والے ڈاکٹروںکو تربیت دینے کیلئے تربیتی پروگراموں کا انعقادکرنے کی ہدایت بھی دی۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ ویکسینیشن کے بعد مریضوں کے صحت پر ہونے والے مضر اثرات پر نظر رکھنے کیلئے پیشگی انتظامات کئے جائیں۔انہوں نے افسران کو ہدایت دی ہے کہ وہ چیف میڈیکل افسران کے ساتھ متواتر طور پر میٹنگوں کا انعقاد کریں تاکہ انکے مسائل کو حل کیا جاسکے۔ انہوں نے سکمز صورہ اور جی ایم سی سرینگر کے 8اسپتالوں کے منتظمین کو ہدایت دی کہ وہ ویکسینشن کے بعد مریضوں کی دیکھ بال کیلئے علیحدہ وارڈوں کاقیام یقینی بنائیں تاکہ ضرورت پڑنے پر انکا استعمال کیا جاسکے۔ انہوں نے افسران پر زور دیا ہے کہ وہ اے سی ایف آئی کیلئے وضع کئے گئے قوائد و ضوابط پر عمل آوری کیلئے ادویات، آلات اور دیگر چیزوں کی فراہمی کو یقینی بنائیں۔ انہوں نے جموں اور کشمیر صوبوںمیں علیحدہ ترجمان نامزد کرنے کی بھی ہدایت دی تاکہ یہ ترجمان میڈیا کو باخبر رکھ سکیں۔میٹنگ کے دوران سٹیٹ ایمونائزیشن آفیسر ڈاکٹر قاضی ہارون نے ملک میں کورونا وائرس کی تیاری پر تفصیلی رپورٹ فراہم کی۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ ملک میں ویکسین بہت جلد متعارف کرایا جائے گا اور یہ دو مرتبہ دیا جائے گا۔ ڈاکٹر ہارون نے کہا کہ پہلے ویکسین دینے کے بعد 28دنوں کے بعد دوسری ویکسین دی جائے گی ۔انہوں نے کہا کہ اے سی ایف آئی کمیٹی میں جموں و کشمیر میں شعبہ میڈیسن کے سینئر ڈاکٹروں کو شامل کیا گیا ہے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ یہ پہلی مرتبہ ہوگا کہ جب کوئی کمیٹی ویکسینشین دینے کے بعدلوگوں کے جسم پر پیدا ہونے والے اثرات پر نظر رکھے گی۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ عالمی ادارہ صحت کی وضاحت کے مطابق اے سی ایف آئی صرف قطروں سے ہونے والے مضراثرات پر نظر نہیں رکھتی بلکہ یہ دیگر وجوہات سے ہونے والی بیماریوں پر بھی نظر رکھتی ہے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ کورونا ویکسین مرحلہ وار طریقے سے دی جائے گی اور پہلے مرحلہ میں7لاکھ کے لگ بھگ طبی و نیم طبی عملہ سمیت8 2لاکھ آبادی کی نشاندی کی گئی ہے۔ انہوں نے کہا’’ ان میں 50سال سے اوپر عمر کے لوگوں کے علاوہ 50سال سے کم عمر کے وہ لوگ شامل ہونگے جو پہلے سے کسی بیماری کے شکار ہیں۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ ویکسینیشن، انفیکشن کی روکتھام اور دیگر معمولی نوعیت کے مسائل پر ہدایات جاری کئے جائیں گے۔ انہوں نے میٹنگ کو بتایا کہ ریفریجریٹروں اور دیگر سامان فراہم کرنے کیلئے مرکزی سرکار کو درخواست دی گئی ہے۔ میٹنگ میں نیشنل ہیلتھ مشن، سرینگر میونسپلٹی اور پولیس افسران کے علاوہ دیگر محکمہ جات کے نمائندوں نے بھی شرکت کی۔
